DF 150 is a clean, environmentally compatible forging lubricant design to work effectively on Forging Industries.

This synthetic, organic polymer emulsion contains

Graphite Type	No smoke. No pollution
No Petroleum Oil	Reducing waste water treatment costs.
No Wax	Eliminating buildup in the die cavity and on surrounding die and machine surfaces. Waxes can also cause vent plugging which leads to increased porosity.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Methods of Use

Dilution
Df-150 is supplied as a concentrate. Dilute by adding water to the concentrate and mix thoroughly. We recommend a dilution ration of 1:10 to 1:20 (Product: Water) for initial evaluations. Dilutions ratios will very depending on application.

Application
DF-150 should be spray applied only. Like all water-based product, application is very important evaluations to its effectiveness. Contact your DKK representative regarding our complete line of our automatic spray systems.

Precautions

Protect from freezing. For industrial use only. Do not take internally.

Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing vapor. Empty containers may retain hazardous properties. Follow all MSDS/label warnings even after container are emptied. <>

STORAGE/SHIPPING/HANDLING.
Always tightly reseal the container to prevent evaporation or contamination. See DKK Material Safety Data Sheet for further safety and first aid instructions.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE
IMPORTANT: Always add water to the concentrate, not the reverse. To mix, slowly stir in a small amount of water. When the mixture is homogenous, add the remaining water more rapidly, stirring until the required dilution ratio is reached.
