SPRAY TANK WITH PNEUMATIC DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMP:-

DKK-Spray System is specifically developed for spraying water based graphite and non- graphite Forging Lubricants on hot/warm forgings. It can be used on Presses as well as hammers. DKK Spray System creates excellent Uniform Layer of lubricants on the required area for better die lubrication and cooling which gives many visible and silent benefits to the company such as, cost saving die life improvement, better surface finish, less rejection and many more. The adequate air pressure delivered through Spray Gun in the sequence like first remove the scale and then spray lubricant uniformly also removes extra lubricant if any.

• The system runs on 3.5 to 6.00 bar air pressure with no electrical connections hence minimizes maintenance.
• It maintains constant air pressure and generates effective mist of uniform lubricant on the die surface there by reduces the lubricant wastage.
• Higher production rate can be achieved with minimum rejection as the die temperature is reduces with less friction and good cooling effects.
• Die Life improves because of low die temperature and reduced friction on the die surface.
• The proper mixing of lubricant avoids clogging of nozzles and delivery lines.
• Uniform coatings gives better die surface and maintain even temperature during forging.
• This spray system can be used for both the die lubricants such as oil base and water base.
