Ladle Filler Ladle filler is filling material in the form of sand,and is also called nozzle filler compound ,starting powder or filler .Inside of the nozzle at the lower part of ladle is filled with ladle filler which facilitates continuous casting of molten metal in a converter or an electric arc furnance after the second smelting. Our company ,making use of our coating technology,developed a new type of ladle filler,coated with special carbon and minimum amount of sintering agent,which has very high rate of free opening.
